Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Valor Massage ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

Appointments and Cancellations

We value your time and ours. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointments.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW SOP:

• Clients must cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.
• No-Show Handling: At 10 minutes past the appointment time, attempt to contact the client by phone.
• At 15 minutes past, mark the appointment as a no-show in the system, notify the therapist, and apply the no-show fee.
• Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

Medical Disclaimer

The massage therapy and bodywork services provided by Valor Massage are intended for general wellness, relaxation, and relief of muscular tension. Our services are not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult a physician or other qualified healthcare provider for any medical condition.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete health information on your intake forms and to update your therapist regarding any changes in your health status.

Payment and Billing

Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made (e.g., approved insurance billing or VA Community Care). We accept cash, credit/debit cards, HSA, and FSA cards. As of April 2024, all card transactions will have a processing fee added. Cash is preferred, and an ATM is available on site.

Professional Boundaries

Valor Massage strictly adheres to professional boundaries and ethical standards. Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances made by a client will result in immediate termination of the session, and the client will be liable for the full payment of the scheduled service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Memberships and Packages

Membership plans and service packages are subject to specific terms outlined at the time of purchase. Memberships are generally billed monthly and require a minimum commitment period. Unused sessions may roll over depending on the specific plan terms but are non-refundable and non-transferable unless explicitly stated.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Valor Massage and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valor Massage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
